About Staff

Yuan-Qing (Ryan Liao) serves at Institute for Information Industry, Science & Technology Law Institute (STLI) as a Legal Researcher. Specialized in legal areas related to tax and intellectual property law; and is currently focusing on projects related to legal research and analysis of Domestic and International Tax Law, Social innovation and Strengthen investment. Before joining the STLI, Yuan-Qing has practiced as a partnership attorney, practicing lawsuits in both civil and criminal cases, also in charge of drafting legal documents.
