I-chin Lee serves as a Legal Researcher at the Science & Technology Law Institute, where she is responsible for implementing the Taiwan Personal Information Protection and Administration System (TPIPAS), facilitating III’s application to serve as Accountability Agent in APEC CBPR System, and managing operational risks in digital financial services. I-chin specializes in managing operational risks, performing financial analysis, and mitigating issues relating to privacy law and tax laws.
