Beyond its purposes to enhance the welfares of human beings, the research still has to be started by showing respect to research participant´s decisions and to protect his/her privacy and health. LOOKING FOR RESOLUTION - THE 1st SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CONSULTATION MEETING

EXECUTIVE YUAN ANNOUNCED "GREEN ECONOMY ACTION PLAN"BY "GREEN ECONOMY AD HOC COMMITTEE"

On September 11th, 2012, Premier Sean Chen of Executive Yuan addressed that since the scope of green economy is too broad and it has been far beyond the traditional ministerial limitation, the establishment of a cross-ministerial Green Economy Ad Hoc Committee is crucial and necessary. Premier Chen also shared an idea that a green economy is a conception of life and an attitude.
