About Staff

Duncan Lee serves as legal researcher at the Science & Technology Law Institute (STLI) for the Institute for Information Industry (III). He specializes in personal information management system (PIMS), privacy laws and conflict of laws, etc. Main research areas include Cybersecurity Law and Policy, Domestic & Global Data Protection and Privacy Compliance and its Operations and Risk Management. Duncan also supports companies to build up, develop and maintain Compliance, Risk Assessment, and managing Personal Information Management System (PIMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS).
