Ang-Chieh is Deputy Director General of Science & Technology Law Institute, III, (was) mainly in charge of III internal legal and intellectual property affairs and implementing “Supporting Governmental Science & Technology Legal Policy Planning Project“ and “The Project of Promoting Sound Regulations for SMEs in Emerging Technology Industries”; his research areas include R&D laws, Innovative technology laws, biotechnology laws, FOSS laws and criminal problems in technology laws.
