Nai Wen Chang serves as the Director for the Legal Research & Resource Development Center in the Science & Technology Law Institute at the Institute for Information Industry, where she is responsible for research and legal compliance projects on several topics, such as data governance, data management supervisory related legal issues. She has also participated the research project of policies, legal issues and trending topics about digital transformation. She is also specialized in government procurement regulations. She has the experience of helping competent authorities to conduct the project of government procurement for startups. Prior to this current position, she served as a legal researcher in the Science & Technology Law Institute, focusing on the legal issues of FOSS, open data, cloud computing and information technology service level agreements (SLAs).
