Chang, Chia-Chi serves as the Section Manager of Operations Management Collaboration Center in STLI.
She is responsible for overseeing the Institute's MIS and specializes in ISMS implementation and information security management.
Before joining the STLI, Chang, Chia-Chi worked as Web programmer and accounting staff.
