Hsu Wei-Yu started as a legal researcher in Science & Technology Law Institute; Wei-Yu explores issues relating to intellectual property, technology law, and academia-industry collaboration. And He has been a trusted advisor for the Ministry of Science and Technology. Responsible for the amendment of the Fundamental Science and Technology Act, which revised in June 2017 has encouraged startups and utilization of government sponsored academia research results. Assist research institutes in Taiwan to strengthen the intellectual property management capacity.
