Fang-Yu, Foran, Hsu serves at Institute for Information Industry, Science & Technology Law Institute as a project manager. She is mainly responsible for the Promotion Project for Public Procurement of Software, Outsourcing project for digital services of innovation government, and the legal issues related to public procurement, innovation procurement, public-private partnership (PPP), digital government, legal environment of digital economy etc..
Before joining the STLI, Foran has practiced as a legal assistant in the Loyalty International Law Firm, and a Research assistant of the NSC program for “Technology Governance for Sustainable Society-Decision Analysis for Sustainable development of Economy, Energy and Society ”
