Chen, Yu-Wen

Ms. Chen Yu-Wen currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Value Expansion Center at the Science & Technology Law Institute (STLI) of the Institute for Information Industry (III), and concurrently leads the Creative-Driven Division. She specializes in legal frameworks for artificial intelligence, data governance regulations, personal data protection compliance, as well as digital governance and adaptive policy formulation. She is presently the Principal Investigator of the commissioned project on “Future Innovation Applications Research and Promotion,” and also oversees multiple sub-projects, including the “Digital Economy—Legal Preparations for Industrial Digital Development” sub-project, the “Digital Platforms—Personal Data Protection and Information Security Management Mechanisms and Guidance” sub-project, and the “Data Innovation Capacity-Building Mechanism Construction and Validation Implementation Legal Framework” sub-project.
