Pan, Chun‑Liang is currently a Advanced Legal Researcher, primarily responsible for the Preliminary Assessment and Institutional Development Program on Environmental Digital Governance and research on the governance and regulatory framework for satellite frequency coordination in Taiwan. His research expertise focuses on artificial intelligence, sustainability and net‑zero transition, satellite spectrum governance, intellectual property, and legal issues related to emerging technologies.
