Yi-Lu Ko currently serves as the Section Manager of the Industry Strategy Division, Digital Innovation Center, Science & Technology Law Institute (STLI) at the Institute for Information Industry (III) in Taiwan. She leads research and policy projects including the Autonomous Vehicle Innovation Sandbox and Pilot Implementation Program and the Renewable Energy Development Strategy and Legal Framework Project. Her expertise spans autonomous vehicles, intelligent transportation systems, and sustainable energy law and policy.
