As a Legal Researcher, Wen-Chen Fang is in charge of the study of IP evaluation, protection, licensing, and commercialization; assist to enhance interaction of intellectual property between industry and academic community.
Furthermore, Wen-Chen Fang is in charge of the Blockchain-Applied Judicial Alliance for Digital Era (b-JADE) project, assisting to establish regulations on digital data management.
Prior to STLI, Wen-Chen Fang was an analog IC design engineer, worked on analogy-to-digital converting IC design. After that, she worked as a patent examiner in Taiwan Intellectual Property Office to examine invent patent application.
