Ms. Tsai is currently serving as a Project Manager, leading cutting-edge legal and policy research on AI regulations, data governance, and digital platform governance. She actively participates in AI governance initiatives and the drafting of the AI Risk Framework led by the Ministry of Digital Affairs and cross-ministerial task forces. She has also served as an external expert for the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) on the "Technical Guidelines for the Registration of AI/ML-based Software as a Medical Device."
