Che-Ming Hsu servers at Institute for Information Industry, Science & Technology Law Institute as a project manager.
Hsu mainly leads and executes the MoDA’s projects by guiding the software industry to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act and to enhance its capacity for personal data protection management systems.
He previously participated in projects by MoDA and NDC focusing on legal analysis of open data and data governance.
His primary areas of expertise include Personal Data Protection Act, Copyright Act, and legal issues related to the data governance.
