Tzu-wen serves as a Legal Researcher & Attorney at Law at the Science & Technology Law Institute (STLI), Institute for Information Industry (III). She Research direction includes emerging science and technology legal issues and cultural industry promotion, etc., mainly implementing Block Chain and cultural industry related projects.

Before joining the STLI, Tzu-wen served as a patent administrator of a technology company, assisting the company in controlling internal intellectual property rights and related legal issues. Later, she was transferred to the Management Consulting Company as a cross-border legal consultant. During her practice, Tzu-wen has assisted clients in planning investment structures, setting up overseas companies, and she also has served as a legal counsel for the Cross-border Intellectual Property Rights legal services team of the Cultural Government Department, to solved cross-border copyright and trademark infringement, handled image licensing and other related matters.
