Tzu-wen serves as a Project Manager at Law at the Science & Technology Law Institute (STLI), Institute for Information Industry (III). She executes the project of researching on trends in foresight digital technology legal policy change, the formulation of personal data protection legislation, and regulatory strategies for the application of emerging technologies in culture and art. She specializes in AI Acts research, personal data protection, cultural and creative industry development laws, copyright law, and intellectual property law, etc.
