Tsai, Chun-Yu

Chunyu Tsai serves as a Legal Researcher at the Science & Technology Law Institute, where he supports organizations across sectors with ESG, guiding clients from initially understanding their current strengths and weaknesses, through to developing and implementing strategies and solutions to improve and solidify sustainable performance.

Chunyu also focuses his work on assisting the Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission with planning and proposing Taiwanese Sustainable Economic Activity Guideline.

Chunyu specializes in corporate law, intellectual property law, climate change regulations and sustainable finance policy.
