Yuan-Chia, Chang serves as an associate legal researcher at the Science & Technology Law Institute. He is mainly in charge of assisting the Public Procurement of Start-up Services and Products Program, the Legal Innovation and Strategic Cooperation Program of the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and Data Governance Research Program of the Ministry of Digital Affairs. He specializes in legal areas related to data governance and local politics and governance.
