Hwang, Yu-Young is currently working as an associate legal researcher, mainly implementing legal plans related to personal data privacy and protect, such as 「健保資料二次利用修立法研析」(about amendment to legislation on secondary use of health insurance data), 「智慧醫療科技應用與跨場域驗證計畫」(about Big Data, Real World Data and Privacy law), 「數位科技應用於產業發展計畫」(about Big Data and Privacy law), 「勞動部個資行政檢查研析課程」(class about Personal data Administrative Inspection(Ministry of Labor), 「推動電商零售業發展計畫」(about Promote personal data protection for e-commerce operators) and 「TPIPAS台灣個人資料保護與管理制度」(Taiwan Personal Information Protection and Administration System).
