Chen, Zheng-Yang serves as Associate Legal Researcher at Science & Technology Law Institute (STLI). He has participated in projects such as the Outsourced Services Project for Smart Government Digital Services and the Construction and Preparation of the Digital Development Legal Framework. He is currently engaged in the Smart Technology-Driven Manufacturing System Upgrade Project and the Cross-Domain Cybersecurity Defense and IoT Field Promotion Project. Currently, he is primarily responsible for the implementation of the Smart Technology-Driven Manufacturing System Upgrade Project and the Cross-Domain Cybersecurity Defense and IoT Field Promotion Project. He specializes in comparative law with the focus on Taiwan and Japan. His interested areas include legal ethics, regulations on cybersecurity management, personal data protection, and sustainable finance.
