Chen Zheng-Yang is a Legal Researcher at the Science and Technology Law Institute, Institute for Information Industry (III). He has participated in projects such as the Outsourced Digital Services Project for Smart Government and the Legal Framework Development and Preparation for the Digital Development Act. His current work mainly focuses on projects including the Smart Technology-Driven Manufacturing System Upgrade Program, the Cross-Domain Cyber Defense and IoT Deployment Project, and the Revision and Integration Service of Sub-Laws under the Cyber Security Management Act. His areas of expertise encompass digital technology law, comparative law between Taiwan and Japan, legal ethics, the Cyber Security Management Act, the Personal Data Protection Act, cybersecurity frameworks for ICT product supply chains, AI technology law, sustainable finance regulation, and financial law for an aging society.
