Yu-Chieh serves as an Associate Legal Researcher at Institute for Information Industry, Science and Technology Law Institute, where she is responsible for legal issues related to AI governance and Personal Information Protection Act. She currently participates in two projects, one is the Office of Science and Technology Policy’s (OSTP) technology legal system research program; the other one is assisting the Administration for Digital Industries (Ministry of Digital Affairs) with the Personal Information Protection Counseling Program. She also specializes in Public International Law, the Law of International Organizations and the Settlement of Disputes in International Law.
