Liu, Chang-Min serves as an associate legal researcher in the Science & Technology Law Institute(STLI)of the Institute for Information Industry(III). He is currently responsible for the project of “Research on Renewable Energy Development Strategy and Legal Policy” sponsored by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and also provides sustainability report consulting services for listed companies. He has also been responsible for the project of “Research on Net Zero Technology Development Strategy and Legal Framework” sponsored by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Liu, Chang-Min specializes in sustainability-related regulations and renewable energy legal policy issues.
