Liu, Chang-Min serves as an Associate Legal Researcher in the Science & Technology Law Institute (STLI) of the Institute for Information Industry (III). He is currently responsible for the project of“Research on Net Zero Technology Development Strategy and Legal Framework” sponsored by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Liu, Chang-Min specializes in environmental and energy law.
