Liu, Chang-Min currently serves as a legal researcher, primarily executing the "Renewable Energy Development Strategy and Policy Legal Framework Research Project" for the Energy Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, as well as ESG-related consulting projects such as the compilation of sustainability reports and greenhouse gas inventory guidance for listed and OTC-traded companies. Liu, Chang-Min specializes in research on sustainability-related regulations, green finance, and renewable energy legal and policy issues.
