Chen, Yi Chih serves as the innovation & intellectual property center leaders in the scientific and technological law institute at present, and is taking charge of overall plan and management of the projects, including “The Plan of The Legal research about digital-content”, “ The plan of Popularized Taiwan IP Management System ”e.g..
After graduation from university, Chen, Yi Chih worked as a Legal Specialist of Wan & Wu, Attorneys-at-Law, then joined STLC as a Legal Specialist that was mainly responsible to review contracts and in charge of IPR Training for New Employees of Institute for Information Industry. Subsequently, Chen, Yi Chih served Legal Researcher that was mainly involved in the fields of IPR Law and Management.
Chen, Yi Chih holds a Master of Law degree （LL.M） from Shih Hsin University, Taiwan, and a Bachelor of Law degree （LL.B） from National Soochow University, Taiwan.
