Liu, Yiwen currently serves as a Legal Researcher. She is primarily responsible for the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Program for the Legal Framework of Industrial Technology Innovation, the Advanced Energy-Efficient Vehicle Industry Promotion and Market Development Program of the Industrial Development Administration, and the Regulations Establishment Program for the AI Industrial Zone at the National Applied Research Laboratories in Shalun, under the National Science and Technology Council. She specializes in export control and industrial regulations concerning emerging technologies, including semiconductors and connected vehicles.
