Liu, Chia-Yi currently serves as an Associate Legal Researcher at the Science & Technology Law Institute (STLI), Institute for Information Industry (III). She is responsible for research on the trends in policy changes of the National Development Council's forward-looking technology legislation, the formulation of the Personal Data Protection Act by the Personal Data Protection Office, and the analysis of related issues. She specializes in Science and Technology Law, International Law and International Trade Law.
