Tai Chun, Cheng is an associate legal researcher in the Science & Technology Law Institute（STLI）of the Institute for Information Industry（III）. He is responsible for the project “Research on Renewable Energy Development Strategy and Legal Policy,” commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. His research centers on legal and policy frameworks related to renewable energy development.
