Lee, Chi-Heng serves as an Associate Legal Researcher at the Science & Technology Law Institute (STLI) of the Institute for Information Industry (III). His duties and responsibilities include work on the project “Research on Renewable Energy Development Strategy and Legal Policy,” commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. He specializes in freedom of speech and renewable energy legal policy issues.
