Nai-Wen is the deputy director with Digital Innovation Center at STLI. She had experiences in conducting the public procurement for Startups program, industries’ personal data protection management program, and smart tourism digital transformation program. She specializes in public procurement law, government subsidization mechanism, and personal data protection regulations.
