He specializes in international and comparative law and policy on energy information and communication technology, renewable energy, environmental protection, advanced manufacturing, Internet of Things, and information privacy, etc.

Before joining the STLI, Tzu-Hsiung Wang worked as a postdoc at the Institute of Law for Science and Technology, National Tsing Hua University (Taiwan). He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor (Assistant Professor Certificate, Reg.No:038940) in the School of Law at the Soochow University (Taiwan)and Ming Chuan University since 2009.

Tzu-Hsiung Wang received his LL.D. in Public International Law from Soochow University (Taiwan) in 2013. His dissertation is funded by a grant from the Ministry of Science and Technology (former National Science Council).
