As a project manager in Science & Technology Law Institute, Pan, Chun-Liang is mainly responsible for “The project of studying the scope (taxonomy) of sustainable finance in reference to international practices”、“ Development of Decarbonized Energy Technology Strategy and Collaboration on Legal Framework Program”、“The Project of Domain Name Dispute Resolution Research”、”Industrial Guidance and Promotion Project of Intelligent Electric Vehicle”, and Corporate ESG Consulting. He undertakes research concerning international legal issues about Sustainability and Net Zero Emissions、energy、Climate Legislation、domain name dispute resolution、Intellectual Property and innovative technology.
Chun-Liang Pan holds LL.M. (Master of Laws) from University of Goettingen, Germany, and LL.B. from Chinese Culture University College of Law, R.O.C.
