Hong-Fu serves as a Associate Legal Researcher at Law at the Science & Technology Law Institute (STLI), Institute for Information Industry (III). He is mainly responsible for research on the legal system of industry-academia cooperation and serving as the think tank of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and provides relevant policies and legal advice on the Fundamental Science and Technology Act.
