Chen, Shih-Chieh

Serving as a legal research fellow, Shih-Chieh is conducting researches on legal and policy issues regarding international legal systems of emerging technology and development and participating in the Agricultural Biotechnology Program.

Shih-Chieh, a legal research fellow of STLC, has served as an assistant research fellow of the Public Construction Commission (PCC) of Executive Yuan and played an important role of implementing public-private-partnerships (PPPs) relevant task. In the period of serving for PCC, Shih-chieh also participated the government procurement duty and the international cooperation task of PCC.
Shih-Chieh has also worked as an executive secretary of the Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia Pacific (CSCAP) Taiwan Participatory Group from 2002 till 2004 and earned lots of international dialogue experiences.
