Tien-chin serves as an Associate Legal Researcher in Science & Technology Law Institute. He is responsible for project of Research and Promotion on Green Energy Technology and Industry Legal Framework, and Research on Net Zero Technology Development Strategy and Legal Framework. Tien-chin specializes in energy law and environmental law.
