Chen, Zheng-Yang is working as an Associate Legal Researcher at Science & Technology Law Institute (STLI), Institute for Information Industry (III). He is mainly responsible for outsourcing projects for digital services of innovation government, and legal system construction and improvement on digital development. His research interests focus on Taiwanese-Japanese comparative law, legal ethics, and personal data protection practices.
